Do I need to have an account to order?

We can change your e-mail address, name and address, but we
cannot change your order.
Is there an exchange rate?
All of our transactions are in U.S. dollars. If your credit card is in another currency, your order total will be calculated based on the daily exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal for payment. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments or cash on delivery.
How secure is my online order?
When purchasing online with a credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secured web page. Your information is then SSL encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network where your card and transaction will be authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
How do I change or cancel my order? Even after a customer
receives an order confirmation or the credit card has been authorized, we reserve the right at any time after receipt of an order, in our sole discretion, to accept or
reject the order or any portion thereof at any time after receipt of the order, in our sole discretion. If a credit card has been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment. Cancellations made after an order has been placed, regardless of when the order is placed (even if it is only one second late), will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee of the total price, as the merchant processor/credit card will charge us a cancellation fee. Please note that orders that have been packed or shipped cannot be canceled. How do I set up my shipping address? As our website and services are based in English, all information you enter (including punctuation) needs to be in English. If some of the letters in your address contain non-English letters, we recommend that you use similar English letters.
Can I change my shipping address after I place an order?
Please note that your shipping address cannot be changed after your order has been processed or shipped. Please update your shipping address to your residential address, not your vacation address, as we do not know how long the destination customs department will hold the package.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose. Once the order is shipped, we will email your tracking information the next day, as tracking information is usually available within 24 hours of our shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities in your country.
How do I track my order?
We will send you tracking information via email once your order has shipped. Typically, you will receive a tracking number one day after we ship your order.
Can I use more than one discount code on an order?
Promotional and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless otherwise stated.

Shipping and Customs
When is my order processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in America. Please allow extra time to process your order during holidays and selling seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of the order date and shipped the day after the processing date. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
If you do not receive a tracking confirmation after 5 business days from the date of completed payment, please contact us.

How do I return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and send further instructions if the return is approved.

Are return shipping costs the customer's responsibility?
All return shipping and other incidental charges are the responsibility of the customer.
What if I receive a defective/incorrect/damaged item?
If you receive an incorrect, missing and/or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Upon receipt of your package, please include your order number, photos of the item and all relevant references. We will do our best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
How long does the return process take?
It can take up to 14 business days to process a return from the date we receive your return. Once the return has been processed, we will confirm this to you via email.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be made to the issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the return or cancellation request. Please contact your card issuer to inquire when the refund will be credited to your account.
